Almost No Fat Banana Bread
I thought this recipe turned out GREAT! Yes, it was a little heavy and not as fluffy as regular unhealthy banana bread. But, considering the good health of this bread it was DELICIOUS!
I used wheat flour, splenda granular, 1/2 tsp vanilla and that even made it more healthy. I baked it in a regular loaf pan and cut it into 10 slices 1/2" thick. The calories are 81.6, carbs are 13.3, sodium is 131.8 and the lo-fat is still pretty much the same. Definitely try it!
