Corn Chip Crunch

Easy to make (I followed the instructions exactly and had no problems). Giving this a 4-star, because it tastes much better once it is cooled and should be served then. Some folks at a party were pleasantly surprised at the good flavor :)

Raspberry Truffle Fudge

I give this recipe 4 starts cuz I had to read thru reviews about the raspberry preserves - I used 1/3 cup and this recipe ROCKED!!!! Many at a baby shower agree :D

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Not many bittersweet fans in my circle, so I made with semi-sweet and a great result. Its like a giant truffle and the flourless cakes are my favorites, even from before me having celiac's disease. GREAT!

Southwestern Cranberries

Asparagus Roll-Ups

My bread was too grainy/hearty for rolling up, so I cut them into pieces and did this 'cracker' style. Very yummy. Next time, I'll do more variety and put pepper slices or zucchini slices on top as well.

Butternut Squash Supreme

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Husband looooved this recipe. It was great to use up some champagne we hadn't finished yet. Made it with gluten-free pasta, and still yummy. You can't go over the 8oz of pasta, though, without increasing the sauce.
