Easy Homemade Pie Crust
Exceptional. Very easy instructions. The addition of the vinegar really makes the crust very flaky. I will recommend this recipe to all my friends. The video is very very good. Just a note, use the metal chopping blade, not the dough blade.

Amaretto Roasted Chicken
This is a classic (and classy), no fail recipe. My husband loves this and think that if we were to find it in a restaurant the dish would easily be $30 per person. I add small mushroom, onions and carrots around the chicken.

Apple Brine for Turkey the Night Before Cooking
This was the best recipe for turkey that I have ever had. It was juicy, tender and down-right yummy. My husband and I were amazed that an XL-Zip lock bag could hold so much! One thing that I wish I had done was completely dissolve the kosher salt (not doing so resulted a slightly more salt flavor than we were use to). I used apple cider instead of apple juice and a whole head of garlic roughly chopped.
