Delicious Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
Very very good. I'll never have to order it again! This one tastes better than most restaurants. I served it with sesame breadstix and fresh sourdough - toasted. Can't wait to try it with crab meat! Thank you!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2005
Great recipe for the healthier alternative to fried chicken. It was moist and juicy, and the outside crunchy. I added some saltine cracker bits to the breading for a little extra crunch. I also did chicken strips, so it only took about 30 mins. Tossed some leftover alfredo and marinara sauce in a pan, added some canned mushrooms. Threw it all on top of some vermicelli noodles and voi la! An awesome dinner. Thank you so much! Will definately add this to our "regular" meals.

Mississippi Mud Cake II

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2005
These really should be called mississippi mud brownies. They are so dense and thick - just like the perfect brownie. My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED this recipe. I may use the base "cake" part as my regular brownie recipe. Thank you so much! Fabulous dessert!

Horseradish Sauce II

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2005
Wonderful!!!!! Made my meal! I used a thick blue cheese dressing instead of crumbles...just to make it creamier. And I also used dijon mustard instead of powder. This sauce made my beef taste amazing. Thank you so much! Will use again and again!

Beef Peach Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
I'm not usually a fan of meatloaf so I thought I'd try something different and I was definitely pleased! Loved the taste of the peaches with the meat...great combo. The only thing I did different was use a pie crust, which I also really loved. Will be making this again as my new meatloaf recipe. Thank you!

These were great! I added a little Polaner's All Fruit on the bottom, and blackberries, raspberries and blueberries on top. It was really wonderful with some whipped cream on top. Thank you for a great recipe!

Tarragon Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2005
I absolutely loved it! I normally skip the stuffing, but since I'm cooking this year, I thought I'd try a new kind. I love tarragon seasoning so this was perfect. I used chicken stock instead of sherry - it's what I had. My boyfriend loved it too. I'll make this every year. Thank you so much! I even took seconds of the stuffing this year!

This is a tasty marinade. But a little overbearing for salads. Overall a great recipe. Thank you!

Blackberry and Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2006
One of the best pies I've ever tasted. And I took the easy way out. I used refrigerated pie dough, a bag of frozen blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. And I topped it with a simple, butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon crumble. Served it with vanilla flavored whipped cream. It really tasted unbelievable. Had to cook it a little longer due to the frozen berries, but with your nice trick with the foil on the edges it was no problem. I'll make this over and over again. Can't wait to try it with fresh ingredients!

Avocado Soup with Chicken and Lime

Reviewed: May 15, 2007
I am not usually a fan of soup with broth and lots of vegetables (I'm more of a creamy/cheesy soup kind of person)... but I love avocados and lime so I thought I'd give this a try. And WOW!!! This is now my number one favorite soup. I make it at least once a week, using leftover chicken, or lemon marinated chicken. Doesn't matter, it's good no matter what. It's the no fail soup. Love it, love it, love it. Thank you so much!

Buttermilk Bread II

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
Very tasty bread. I just threw all the ingredients into the good old bread machine. Only change I made was butter instead of margarine, and bread machine yeast. Turned out very delicious. I'll make his bread again and again. Thank you so much!

Bread Machine Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2006
Fabulous! I made these for some mini burgers. Really wonderful flavor, and perfect light texture. The best rolls I've ever made. I'll use this recipe over and over again. I didn't have any milk powder on hand, so I just used a little milk, and a dash of buttermilk. I don't know if it made a difference, but the result was delicious! Thanks for a great recipe.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Great recipe...turned out great. The only thing I'll do different next time is use honey graham crackers instead of cinnamon...the cinnamon took away from the cheesecake flavor

Quick Creamy Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
Great recipe. I used tarragon instead of dill and it was fabulous! Didn't have much bacon on hand, so can't wait to try it again with the right amount. I added some mixed veggies, my boyfriend loved it. I'd like to try it without the veggie mix. Overall, this recipe saved the day with on hand ingredients. Thank you!
