Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 21, 2004
AWESOME cookies! the pudding adds such flavor! for an extra richness i used peanut butter chips and milk chocolate chips together. Everyone was raving about them! Warning to those crispy cookie lovers....these cookies are very cake like. They puff up and stay soft, like cake. But the flavor is sooooo good. You must try it once.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2004
Unbelievable recipe! Texture was bakery perfect. Golden crisp on the outside...soft and chewy in the middle. Only change I made was using real butter in place of shortening and margarine. Plus I added milk chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Really a wonderful taste. I will use this recipe as a base for many, many cookies in my life. It's so easy to add different ingredients to create a unique taste. Thank you for this treasure!

Aussie Chicken

Great dish. You must use dijon...makes a huge difference. Also I recommend sauteeing the mushrooms and chicken in the bacon grease, as one user has mentioned before. Wonderful dish. Will make again and again.

Fluffy French Toast

Nice texture, wasn't as soggy as the old stand by. I think I'll replace my old recipe with this one. I made it with a Sauteed Apples recipe I found on this site. Was a hit!

Easy Toffee

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2005
Really good flavor...great easy snack. My only problem was it was nearly impossible to get it unstuck from the pan. Next time I'll line with foil and heavily grease it. Overall, I'll make this snack again and again for many years. Thanks!

Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2005
Wonderful flavor. The only thing I'll do different next time is add some crumbles right before I serve it. All my crumbles melted....was really missing the chunks.

Honey Nut Granola

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2005
Really good flavor...better than you buy at stores. I added extra honey like many others and still found I should have added more. Next time I might double the honey just to get extra chewiness. I've given out the recipe to 2 people already and I just made it yesterday! Thank you!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2005
So good, so good! I used a little too much soup mix with less potatoes....was a bit overboard. So, don't do that. Made it again with the right amount of potatoes, and it was AWESOME! Thank you for such an easy recipe! My savior!

Horseradish Sauce II

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2005
Wonderful!!!!! Made my meal! I used a thick blue cheese dressing instead of crumbles...just to make it creamier. And I also used dijon mustard instead of powder. This sauce made my beef taste amazing. Thank you so much! Will use again and again!

Tasty brownies, but I prefer my brownies chewy. These were very soft with a sort of creamy texture. Good, though not my favorite. Satisfied my dessert craving tonight! Thanks!

Oven Baked Potato Wedges

I used a little too much seasoning and not enough potatoes, so mine turned out a little overbearing. But I think it's overall a great recipe and very simple! Thank you!

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Nice flavor, but every time I make this there is too much water left in the pan. I always add more sugar too...I like mine a little sweeter. Overall, great recipe. I've used it many times.
