Just made this recipe as a Valentine's surprise for my mother and she loved it! The cake had a nice fluffy texture and wasn't too sweet. However I noticed the batter was a bit thick, so I added 1/4 cup more of milk, but it was no hassle. All in all, a lovely recipe!
