Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I made this EXACTLY as recipe states and HOLY COW it was absolutely delicious!! I wanted to cry with the first bite. The recipe is going into my 'Keep Forever' box =) (I made blackened shrimp on the side, which shows in my picture)

Marinade for Chicken

This was sooooooo delicious! I added minced garlic and used this same recipe to marinate steaks the next night. I have a lot of people in this house ranging in ages from 10-45 and EVERYONE loved it!! I'm using it again tonight =)

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Juicy Roasted Chicken

The last review I read was something like "If you are like me, you'll read the ingredients and think 'whats the big deal'".... I am here to agree with that 1000% This chicken was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I went exactly by the recipe step by step and wow! YumO I also used leftovers to make sandwiches the next day and it was even better! I came back to the recipe now, so that I can use the same method on my Christmas Turkey =)

OMG Fantastic! Unfortunately I did not have any bacon, but I am definitely going to make these again when I get some. I've been trying to find the perfect "Hardees Biscuit Recipe" for years. My daughter in law just tried one and said these are even better!

Asian Pork Tenderloin

I am on this website again to re-print this recipe because it was a big hit with my family. Two things I did differently. I could NOT find Asian Chile Paste at the store, so I just left it out. Secondly, instead of marinating overnight, I began this recipe in the morning and put it in the crock pot all day. DELISH! Oh, I also put some slicked carrots in the crock pot with the roast. They made a nice side dish.

Crabless Chicken Cakes

Yumm-O and if I can offer a dipping sauce that goes great with these: CHICKEN CAKES DIPPING SAUCE 3/4 cup mayo 3 cloves minced garlic 2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Stir all together, and chill.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Ok, I made this for me, my husband, a teenager, two 6 yr olds, one 8 yr old and one 10 yr old...They all LOVED it. and I mean LOVED it! The 6 yr olds used ketchup instead of the dipping sauce, but everyone else wanted to drink that stuff. I just got on here to get the recipe again because I am making it tonight again... and everyone is so happy =) I did not have dijon mustard the first time so I used regular mustard. this time, I have the dijon so I'm curious as to the taste difference. Oh yeah, SAVE some sauce before marinating for dipping the chicken in.. THAT was the best part.

Easy Dump Cake

Unbelievably fantastic cake. ALL 5 people in my home LOVED it. My 14 yr old keep slicing off piece after piece. I made him quit, then the next morning, there only a small sliver left. He had attacked it during the night also. He's been begging me to make another one for a week, so I finally bought the ingredients again today.

Sour Cream Chicken Quiche

Absolutely delicious! My WHOLE family loved it. Me, Husband and kids ages 5, 9 and 14. I just wish I had made 2 of them. I will do that for now on because we ALL wanted seconds. P.S. I made my own pie crust from another recipe on allrecipes.com instead of a bought one.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

This is absolutely 100% the BEST Enchilada recipe EVER. I am a huge fan of mexican food and I've had my share. I'm talking homemade or restaurants, this recipe wins hands-down!! Thank YOU. My whole family loves them. Husband and kids aged 13, 8 and 4, they all love them.
