Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Sorry, but I thought the sauce overwhelmed the flavor of the fish. We had fresh wild-caught Mahi Mahi, and it was just too much for the subtle flavor of the fillets. This might be a better recipe for frozen Mahi Mahi (as suggested by other raters). The marinade tasted great before it went on the fish, so if I make it again, I will not marinate prior and will use a lot less.
