Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
This is hands down the easiest and best breakfast recipe ever. Never again should you ever make boxed pancake mix or Bisquik. Everyone that stays over my house will get a nice breakfast the next morning featuring these pancakes. Easy mix-ins are typically blueberries (defrosted or fresh) or sliced bananas. Plop them right into the pancake when you out them in griddle to ensure you have an even distribution throughout the batter. Also, if you buy a high quality whole wheat flour, that can easily be substituted into this recipe.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I don't usually make fish because I end up over cooking or under seasoning it but this dish was super easy to make. I am not a mayonnaise fan at all but it was more cheesy than mayo so I enjoyed it. Obviously you can substitute out any white flaky fish that is on sale for the tilapia.

Spicy Sweet Potato Soup
I make this about once a week but substitute out vegetable broth for the chicken (tomkeepnit kosher) and keep the peanuts butter to a minimum. Adding in chunky peanut butter gives you some nice little surprises when eating too.
