Roasted Herb Chicken and Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2013
Excellent dish. The potatoes were not quite how I prefer them. Kinda of rubbery, but the chicken was excellent.

Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2013
Absolute family favorite. But I only used 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1tsp cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, and a 1/2 of can of mountain dew. I coat the dumplings entirely with the sauce then pour in the mountain dew but not on the dumplings. This keeps the bottoms soft but not soggy, and the top turns out crisp.
