Romaine Rice Tuna Salad
I made a couple of changes to this recipe: sub brown rice for white, and spinach for romaine. The results were incredible. I will definitely make this again, probably tomorrow:)

Salmon Cakes II
This was a great recipe, a lot of flavor. The cakes were crunchy on the outside, but not dry. I will definitely make them again.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
I also used fresh mushrooms in place of the canned and used beef stock to sub for the liquid in the canned mushrooms. It was excellent! A little tedious, but worth it.
