Tasty Baked Mac n Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
I made this last night and it was wonderful, used the cheeses I had on hand, mozzarella and sharp cheddar. This was so easy, no roux to make, no waiting for the cheese to melt. I mixed it up in the afternoon, put it in the fridge til evening, and baked according to directions. I won't be making any other mac and cheese recipe from now on...Thank you Eva

Slow Cooker Bean Casserole AKA Sweet Chili

Reviewed: May 8, 2008
My mom made this for years, still does, we have always called it Rancho Beans, we use pork and beans drained, baked beans and kidney beans. This is so great to take to potluck dinners or parties. Everyone loves it.

Banana Cream Pie I

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2008
This recipe turned out just wonderful. I pre-baked a graham cracker crust first. I did as one reviewer suggested, and used 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup water. After adding the yolks I added 2 sliced bananas and they cooked right down, great banana flavor. Poured into cooled pie crust and topped with another sliced banana. My husband was just thrilled! Best and easiest recipe ever.

Chinese Cold Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2007
This is the dish I have been searching for! It soooo good, I served it hot, not cold and used a little more pepper flakes, added cayenne pepper and more garlic and peanut butter. My family loved it, and two of them are very picky.

Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
This is a wonderful recipe. I did change a few things, I changed the recipe to 4 servings and I used my bread machine set on the dough cycle. I used 1 cup of warm milk and no water and had to increase the flour by 1\2 cup and I added 1 teaspoon black pepper. When the cycle was complete, I divided dough into 4 balls and stretched them over 4 sprayed iron stone bowls. Let rise 20 minutes and then baked as directed. Just perfect. My family is in love.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2005
This is the recipe I have been searching years for. They have the perfect brown sugar flavor, I couldn't stay out of the raw dough. I lined my cookie sheets with foil and just a light spray for easy clean up. I used just 1/4 tsp. of salt and baked them for 15 minutes.PERFECT!
