Be careful how much salt you add! Mine were too salty for my liking. Also I completely agree that you have to REALLY watch the cook time. My first batch turned out sightly singed - definitely doesn't taste great eating burnt kale. I did 8 minute at 275 on each side. Too much for my oven. I was very surprised at how good the crunchy textured ended up being.
