Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Excellent recipe as is! I doubled since I had a 29 oz can of pumpkin and just wanted to use the whole thing. It made a bundt, 24 muffins, and a standard loaf (adding chocolate chips to the loaf). The muffins require 30 minutes in the oven, the loaf needed 50, and the bundt took about 55 minutes.

White Texas Sheet Cake

I did not use the frosting, so I cannot speak for the entire recipe, but the cake itself was excellent- very moist. I doubled the recipe to use in an 11x17 pan (greased and floured), then torted to fill with fresh strawberry mango filling, and topped with vanilla-almond buttercream and fondant. The cake held together very well when I torted it which had been a concern since it was quite a big size. I will definitely be adding this to my arsenal!

Easy Mexican Hot Chocolate

I used bittersweet chocolate chips instead of the syrup which added some depth to the flavor profile. Since I was serving this at a party I had it in the crockpot and it worked very nicely.

Lemon Cupcakes

Lovely taste and texture for the better recipe. I can't speak to the icing add I paired this with a raspberry buttercream, but it worked very well. This recipe is a keeper!

German Apple Cake I

Excellent cake- no topping is necessary. I halved the recipe and used a loaf pan, which was a perfect size.
