About Me
I am a wife and mother of two. I also work full-time and go to school part-time...Yup I am pretty busy. But I like to try new things all the time, including learning to cook new dishes.
My favorite things to cook
Anything that is quick, easy and good.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't think I have one.
My cooking triumphs
I have to be proud of being able to make a few things from scratch that actually taste good. 1. Egg Foo Young 2. Pecan Pie (crust from scratch) 3. Homemade bread w/o bread maker
My cooking tragedies
When I was child, I attempted to make some type of apple pie thing. I put way too much cinnamon and improvised a little too much -- making a monstrosity. Needless to say I was turned off from cinnamon from then on. I am slowly incorporating it back in my diet.
