I thought this was excellent with 2 cans of beans, I don't really understand what people are saying about it being over-kill. I felt the amount of quinoa and beans were balanced very nicely. I would say to buy 2 cans and if you find it's enough, save the next can for next time, but you don't want to be disappointed with it being under-beaned. If I could make any suggestions, it's fantastic with avocado and chopped red bell pepper. 10 oz of this stuff was only 200 calories, it's extraordinarily low-cal and it's delicious.
