Asian-Inspired Mustard Greens

I'm trying to expand my "like" list of vegetables beyond spinach, pickles, and green beans. This was a success! If you need more kick, add more garlic - I added an extra teaspoon. I will use this recipe again with mustard greens, but I think it would also be great with kale, collards, and other greens. Yum!

Easy Dump Cherry Crisp

The pecans make a difference. Don't leave them out! Also, I used my own sour cherry pie filling with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. This is a great addition to the lunchbox when you bring your own lunch to work.

Pear Pie III

I tried it once with someone else's suggestion of using 3 eggs and only 1/3 cup of sugar, then I made it again using the original recipe (2 eggs, 1 cup sugar). Using 2 eggs and a whole cup of sugar was way better-tasting, for me. I also added some cinnamon and nutmeg.

Beet Soup

I used chicken broth and added three stalks of celery, two carrots, and some rosemary for flavor. It turned out okay. It would go well with a grilled peanut-butter sandwich.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

I loved this! Very spicy and flavorful. I would use this with other kinds of fish, too. I took some other users' suggestions and used olive oil instead of butter. It's delicious!

Best Peanut Sauce

Easy peasy and lots cheaper than buying it by the bottle. I added more heat with a tablespoon of tabasco sauce (I'm someone who enjoys habanero salsa).
