French Baguettes

I wanted bigger baugettes so I made a recipe and a half. Turned out great! Mixed the dough in a bread maker using the dough setting. Just make sure to put the salt & sugar in with the water on the bottom, flour in the middle, and then the yeast in a little "cup" you make in the top of the flour. I wanted a longer baugette, so when this rolled out it was more like 16" x 24", and I rolled it up so it was 16" long. Then, after I let it rise the second time, I worked it down again and stretched out the baugettes so they were approx. 24" long, then let them rise a 3rd time for about 15 minutes, then baked as directed. I just placed them diagonally on my cookie sheet so they would fit. Turned out perfectly!
