Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Very good recipe, I've never been able to make any kind of Chinese inspired dish before without failing miserably, but this one turned out great! Followed the recipe exactly except that I added a bit of dried ginger and spicy chili paste to the sauce to give it a bit more of a kick. Will definitely be making this again in the future.

Supreme Strawberry Topping

I've made this several times now and it's so good! Easy to make in the morning to top waffles; I sometimes use agave nectar instead of sugar and it turns out just as good, and better for you!

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Fantastic and easy recipe. I did 1 cup sour cream instead of 1/2 and forewent the mayo. Might have been enhanced with some shredded aged cheddar, but I was not left wanting. Will make again!

Ham and Split Pea Soup Recipe - A Great Soup

By far the best split pea soup I've ever had! I used left over Thanksgiving ham for this, and did not include the celery as I am not a fan. When the soup cools, it becomes like mashed potatoes, so adding a bit of water when reheating is a must, but does not take away from the delicious flavor. I will be making this recipe many more times in the future!

Kentucky Biscuits

Very good biscuit recipe, nice and tasty, perfect for chicken and gravy or honey and jam, whatever you want to put on it. My first try was a bit doughy, but it wasn't bad at all.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

I just finished making this, following the directions exactly and it is absolutely delicious! I didn't have straight chicken broth so I used bouillon, and I also added a few slices of avocado on top. Fantastic recipe, just as good as a restaurants :)

This is an amazing recipe! Really simple, and really delicious. I didn't have any cornstarch so I just used a little bit of flour and it work brilliantly. Will definitely be making this one again!

Spicy Tuna Fish Cakes

This recipe was very good, but it needed a lot more spices. I didn't mind this, I added much more than what was suggested, along with some steak seasoning and all purpose seasoning. The cakes held together great and were delicious alongside roasted asparagus and mushrooms.

Japanese Beef Stir-Fry

This was a delicious recipe! I used chicken instead of beef, and it worked out perfectly. The only thing I felt was lacking was something crunchy; peanuts or water chestnuts might be a good addition.

Miso Soup

I made this soup for myself and it was delicious! Just as good if not better than any miso soup you can get at a restaurant. I added cut up portobello mushrooms for a little more to chew on, and it was good that way too.
