This recipe ive used for both my very first and my second times making fondant. I found it fairly simple, slightly tedious as far as the powdered sugar process. My best advice: always ALWAYS buy an extra bag of powdered sugar, use shortening, not butter, and smear your hands and counter with shortening; I spent about 20 minutes trying to get it off my hands and back into the bowl! All in all, great recipe. Just a tip, if you want to color it, and youve already rolled it out, it doesnt work so well, so id suggest coloring it while your stirring the marshmallows that are nice and hot, or make a new batch :-)
