Good recipe. I did use fresh mushrooms and onion soup mix as I didn't have french onion soup in a can. I also did cut the butter in half.

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
This is by far the best PB cookie I have ever made. I used butter instead of the shortening and used 1 cup of peanut butter. I also added 1 cup of chocolate chips. This recipe was not dry at all. Very moist in the middle.

Glazed Meatloaf II

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2007
Excellent meatloaf recipe. We use buffalo instead of ground beef. I did add some wersteshire (sp?) and garlic to my buffalo. I also used half ketchup and half barbecue sauce.

Pumpkin Muffins II

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2007
This is an excellent recipe. I used my muffin top pan for this one. Definate keeper. I did change a few things like other reviews suggested. 2C. white flour/1c. whole wheat. I reduced my sugar to 1 1/2 cups and instead of white sugar I used brown sugar. I reduced the spices by half (as other reviews suggested) except for the cinnamon. I think next time I won't reduce them though. And the oil I reduced by half and used applesauce for the other half. My whole family loves these muffin tops.

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2007
One of the best granola bar recipes I have made. This is one I will make over and over again. So many variations you could do with it. I did use honey instead of corn syrup. And cut down a bit on the brown sugar.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2007
Great recipe. I did a few subs. I halved white and brown flour. 1/4 c. white, 1/4 brown sugar. I added 1 tsp. cinnamon, dash of nutmeg and 1 tsp. vanilla. I used 1/2 the butter and the other half I used pineapple juice. I also added 1/2 can of crushed pineapples. My husband and 2 year old loved this recipe. I will be making this recipe again and again.

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2007
Outstanding recipe! I made this for an appetizer and it was gone in minutes. Everyone loved it. Too bad I didn't make a bigger batch. Next time I sure will. I toasted my bread for a minute before I added my topping. I also cheated and used canned diced tomatoes. So much easier. Thanks for the great recipe!

Excellent casserole recipe! My whole family loved it. Of course I used ground buffalo instead of the beef. Much, much healthier for you. Thanks for the great recipe!

Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2007
This is a nice easy meal. My husband just loved it. I didn't have any onion flakes so I added some onion chopped up really fine. I also added some chopped up ham and I think I liked it even better with the ham in it. I will be making this again for my family.

Blueberry Cornmeal Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2007
This recipe is a definate keeper. I made a batch last night and they are almost gone. Even my 2 year old liked them. The cornmeal is a nice added touch to them. I didn't have any blueberries on hand so I used fresh strawberries (cut up very small). And oh my god were they yummy. Will sure be making this again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Tiramisu II

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2006
I am not a Tiramisu fan but apparently this recipe was outstanding. I did double up on the coffee and instead of rum I used Kahlua (which I doubled also). I used a pastry brush and brushed the coffee onto the lady fingers. I also whipped the egg whites and added them to the cheese mixture. Makes it very fluffy. Definately let it sit for 24 hours. The flavors really blend in. Don't forget to sprinkle your cocoa on just before serving or it will get soggy. I also added some strawberry chocolate shavings on top of the cocoa. Looked really good.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
One of the BEST cookie recipes I have ever made. I used only 1 cup sugar instead of 1 1/2 cups. I used 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup brown like other people suggested. Instead of nuts I added coconut. I also store mine in a tin instead of a Tupperware container. If there are any leftovers to store that is. These will sure dissapear fast!
