Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
this cookie saved me!!!! i volunteered to make 3 giant cookies for a wedding (in a moment of insanity) and chose this recipe. so glad i did. i baked it on a 16 inch pizza pan and still did not use all the recipe. left out about 1 cup. and left about 1 1/2 almost 2 inches from the edge to give it room to spread. mine took only 18 minutes to cook. what a big, beautiful cookie!! i am very happy with the way this recipe turned out. thank you so much =)

Pumpkin Spice Cake II
THIS IS THE BEST PUMPKIN CAKE!! My search has ended for a good pumpkin cake recipe. My mom was craving something pumpkin so instead of making pumpkin bread i chose this recipe. This is so moist and deeeelicious! I only used 3/4 c. of oil and i added 1 tsp. of nutmeg to the spices and also added 1 c. of raisins. Watch your oven b/c my cake was done in about 35 minutes for a 13x9. I frosted with cream cheese frosting but i know it is as delicious without icing b/c i have had to make this twice already in 3 days (and it is June!). This was gone in a matter of minutes everyone simply devoured it. Everyone i have made this for simply LOVES this cake. I will not wait til Thanksgiving to make pumpkin cake again. Thank you Beverly =)

Orange Fluff I
Thank you for posting this. Me and my mom could not find her recipe for orange fluff and though the ingredients are so simple i could not remember the measurements. When making this i make sure and drain my pineapple through a fine sieve and push most of the liquid out. It may seem very dry but this helps make the fluff firmer. There is liquid in the cottage cheese that moistens the dessert and makes it taste so good. This is such a hit at summer picnics and potlucks. I never bring any of this home when i take it somewhere. I think it tastes even better than a creamsicle. Thanks for posting D =)
