Yum yum yum yum yum. Im definitely making this again. I did make some changes like adding veges, using tomato sauce instead of soup and reducing the worcestershire sauce and it turned out great. Next time I think Ill add more pasta and garlic powder and then this may even become the best recipe Ive found yet.

Beef and Broccoli

This was a great recipe. I did try some suggestions like marinating the beef in worcestershire sauce and reducing the amount of broccoli, and the recipe turned out great. My whole family loved it and wanted more. Will definitely make again.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Applesauce French Toast

Well I did what people suggested, reducing the milk, adding more cinnamon, and reducing the applesauce and it came out .... nice but not great. It was still a little soggy so next time I try Ill reduce the milk to 1/4 of its original size and I cant really taste any apple so Ill keep the same amount of applesauce in. Ill have fun experimenting with this one.

Apple Loaf

This was a great loaf!! I did take some advice like doubling the amount of apple, adding a little bit of cinnamon, and cutting the butter in half and the only thing I found was that it was a little dry without the extra butter so I replaced that with 1/4 cup milk. Turned out beautifully. Will definitely make again.

Chicken Stuff

There's very little I cahnged about this recipe. I used chicken soup instead of mushroom because of personnal preference which is why I also omitted the mushrooms. I also added 1/2 tablesppon of white wine per chicken breast for added flavour. Next time I'll try cutting the chicken into bite size pieces and removing them once fried, adding them again when the macaroni is nearly cooked as I found the chicken a little dry. Will defintely make again.

Malaysian Barbecue Chicken Wings

This was great. I took the advice of having only half the soy sauce and only marinating it for 2 hours. I had no problem with saltiness. My brother who's always fussy when it comes to chicken ate this one up and was looking for more.

Smoked Salmon Ravioli

As I had no time to make the pasta myself I used some fresh pasta sheets. But in doing this I found problems with making the pasta stick to itself, so I changed this recipe into more of a lasanga type dish and this turned out great. Next time I'll just cook the pasta a bit beforehand so the salmon doesnt over cook.

Dad's New Zealand Mince Stew

The recipe was good and I followed a few suggestions like putting veges in and making it into a shepards pie, but I think the ketchup was too much flavour for me. Next time I think I'll put in half tomato sauce and half ketchup.
