Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Loved this! Followed the recipe to a T, except substituted BBQ sauce for the hot sauce due to my kids. My 4 year old loved it!! Thanks for sharing!!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

So yummy!! I used oregano in place of sage because I didn't have any. Only used 1/4 cup of butter and just added a touch of olive oil to pan. My picky 4 year old even loved it!! Will make again, thanks!!

Homey Chicken and Rice Casserole

Really tasty!! Left out the seasoning salt and the croutons on top. Used cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken because that is what I had and was out of rice, so used quinoa instead! Will make again!! Thanks!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

I made this recipe to the tee, except I used no boil noodles. I would take the extra time and boil the noodles! Thought it was a little dry, but it may have been the no boil noodles. Also, would chop the spinach next time, too stringy!

Marinated Flank Steak

Love, love, loved it!!! Used sirloin steak and marinated over night!! So tasty!!!! Used balsamic vinegar in place of red wine and added some chopped ginger!! Thanks for sharing!!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Pretty tasty. I added peas and mixed the beaten eggs and parm cheese together as another reviewer suggested, but followed recipe otherwise. My husband thought it was too dry, I thought it had good flavor. Good overall!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yummy! These were wonderful! I used all brown sugar because I was out of white sugar, I decreased the salt to 1/2 tsp and decreased oven temp to 325 like others suggested. Baked for about 16 min. Will be my go to recipe!!

I have made this twice now. The second time I took the advice of another reviewer and added 1tbs of balsamic vinegar. That was key, it added just enough bite to make it taste awesome!! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Good, but needs more flavor. I used a yellow onion instead of green onion, added cooked rice in with the chicken and doubled the sauce as others suggested. I think adding some red or green peppers in with the onion would be good and maybe topping with some enchilada sauce.

Sausage Mushroom Quiche

Really tasty!! I used deep dish pie plate as others suggested and only made 1 pie (I used original recipe amount for filling). I also sautéed a small onion in a little olive oil prior to adding my sausage. Thanks for sharing!!

Texas Jambalaya

Pretty yummy!! Only used one can of white beans and double sausage, no ham. Green chilies in tomatoes gave it just enough heat. My husband would like it again!!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Pretty decent soup!! Easy and quick to make. I used all fresh broccoli, but could use more than recipe calls for. Also added some smoked Gouda, gave it a little smokey flavor. All in all, tasty!!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Love love love this soup. Have made it multiple times. I boil chicken in a separate pan, shred it and then add to soup. I omit salt and usually forget the lime juice. Must crunch up tortilla chips on bottom of bowl and serve soup over it. I add a little shredded cheese on top before serving!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
