Apple Crisp II

Yum! This recipe is delicious!! I used Cortland apples. For the topping, here's what I did differently: I doubled the amount of oatmeal. I used half the amount of flour and replaced the other half with graham cracker crumbles. I also added some crushed pecans. I used a little less sugar than called for on both the apples and in the topping because the grahams have sugar to compensate. I used another 1/2 cup of butter for moisture. I doubled the topping because we like a lot of crumble. I coated the bottom of the pan with crumble as then put a generous layer over the top. YUM YUM YUM!!
