Banana Crumb Muffins

SUPER yummy. So many possibilities. Try using strawberry cake mix, or chocolate with any flavor extract you have on hand !!

Chicken Enchiladas II

With a few little changes for my picky family this is a keeper! I used cream of chicken soup, and cut out the can of chiles. I also used corn tortilas. And 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the sauce. Next time I will do a whole cup. Turned out great!

Baked Tortilla Chips

So cheap and easy. I use flour tortillas, spray them with cooking spray (less calories), sprinkle with salt and bake....Great with tacos!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

The recipe I have calls for a lemon cake and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. I used strawberry cake with lemon the first time and they were SO good. I think you can use any cake and any flavor and they will turn out SUPER yummy.

Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Great starter. I laid out the asparagus sprinkled with olive oil salt & pepper. Then wrapped in bacon. BBQ the first time, SO good. Baked in the oven the second time (needs a little work on timing). Still a nice side dish!

Good recipe, However too much ricotta and not enough mozzarella. Next time I will use half the ricotta and toss an extra cup of mozzarella on top.

This is an amazing coffee cake!! I will never buy the boxed mix again. Like others I made a crumb topping with brown sugar, butter & flour. AWESOME!!

GREAT Breakfast. I love mixing things up and making it mine. I use a little bit of bacon and ham, and took tips from other ratings and used more eggs, and less cheese. PERFECT!!

Broccoli Chicken Roli

My husband is not a fan of “mixing food” so we had a side of broccoli instead of putting it in. I also left out the onion and bell pepper. It was still such a great dish!! Love how the mayo and cheese made it gooey. Recently I have been adding packaged ranch mix to a few dishes so I think it will try adding a little of that seasoning to this. It’s a keeper!!

Blonde Brownies I

Good recipe. I cut it in half to make a small desert and I think the pan I used was too small. It started crusting and getting dark on the outside while the middle was still SUPER gooey. So we just ate the outside. Well the following morning when I got up, the middle was the BEST breakfast ever!! Very good left over’s.
