Coriander Salmon

Prepared exactly as written and turned out excellent! A flavorful, crisp, salty-herby crust on the top that penetrates throughout the fish and lends excitment to every bite.

Rice Pudding

Tasted like scrambled eggs and rice even when made with less milk and longer baking time as suggested. Not creamy at all. Try another recipe.

I combined several modifications to this recipie as suggested by other reviewers and it turned out amazing! Instead of 3 cups scorched milk, I used one 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk, and one 12oz can of evaporated milk. Then just a few tablespoons regular milk to thin it out. Also used jumbo raisins for more plump. Cooked in water bath to prevent bottom scorching, and cooked for 40 minutes.

Sicilian Pineapple Pork Roast

I made it per the instructions, with the exception of using a boneless pork tenderloin instead, since they were 50% on sale! I cooked it for a party of 11 and it was a great hit! Everybody loved it. A+ recommended!

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

Awesome creamy recipie prepared as is. I made a 10# bag of potatoes (22 potatoes) for Thanksgiving, and added 1 tsp of garlic podwer to the mix, and used light cream instead of milk. Yumm!

Vanilla Crepes

I felt that the proportions were far off in this recipe. The batter was VERY thick when I made it exactly as described. Almost like a pancake batter texture. I added 1/2 cup more milk to thin out the batter. They tasted OK. I'll try a different crepe recipe next time.

Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup

This soup was fair. In my opinion it was a little on the bland side. I would make it again, but with less water and more broth to add flavor. Add more noodles too, throw in the whole 8 oz bag.

Garlic Crab Legs

Awesome recipie! The sauce really gives the crab an incredible flavor. I was skeptical of saute-ing hard shelled crab legs in a sauce, but they really did pick up all the flavor. I think I'll boil my corn separately next time. Seafood flavored corn just wasn't my thing.
