Super Easy Doughnuts

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
I did not care for this. This was my first attempt at doughnuts. I made again and cut the doughnuts thicker, it came out a little better, however I will try other recipes. Dough had no flavor and was blah.

Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
I always wanted to make a baked item in my cast iron skillet. Thank-you so much for this recipe. My cake came out perfectly and the only thing I changed is that I used organic butter, fresh pineapple and organic sugar. Love it!

Buttermilk Biscuits I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
WOW! I followed the advice for adding salt and extra baking powder as recommended and I cannot believe these. So light and tasty. Only thing I did different was to add melted butter on top when they came out of the oven. This will be the only biscuit recipe I will ever use now. Thank-you.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
Wonderful recipe I even used regular flour. I did add raisins and chopped pecans. When they were done baking I flipped the whole pan over and frosted the bottoms. All the cinnamon and goodness inside stayed in the middle, no oozing out in pan. Highly recommend this one.

I love tis recipe! I kept thinking they left out some steps it was sooo easy. I did proof the yeast and added the other ingredients except flour and salt. I put the liduid in the bottom of the bowl and then dry on top. Worked like a dream. I recommend this to everyone.

This is it! I have been looking for a muffin recipe I can live with. VERY thick and other fruits could easily be substituted. Also I added 1/4 tsp. cinnamon to the topping mixture. Thank you for this recipe!

Good density, I like doughy pancakes though. Needed salt I had left it out but it really did add something when I added it. I would reccomend this. I used cinnamon butter to add extra flavor

I use this recipe but I have made some changes. I will not use the pudding, I like from scratch and do it all organic. Very easy Thanks Miss Alix.
