Broccoli Cheese Crepes

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
These are insanely good. They weren't bland at all, contrary to some reviews. You just need to season your sauce. After combining the onion, butter, flour and milk- season it to taste with salt, pepper, tabasco, Worcestershire, and mustard before adding your chicken, broccoli and cheese. Delicious!!

Flourless Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
I took the advice of other reviewers and added twice as much chocolate and skipped the cocoa and added 5 mins of baking time. It had a lovely silky texture. I lined the bottom of the pan with a round piece of parchment paper and sprayed the pan with parchment and dusted with cocoa powder and the cake came out beautifully. I highly recommend baking it in a 6 inch pan instead of an 8 inch pan. In the 6 inch pan the cake was about an inch thick once baked, and would have been really thin in a larger pan. To decorate the cake: I cut the ends off a bunch of strawberries and stood them upright (cut side down), to cover the whole surface of the cake, and then sprinkled with icing sugar. It looked really pretty and was delicious!

Red Cabbage Salad II

Totally delicious. It gets even better the longer it sits. Skip the onion powder and add a thinly sliced onion instead. So yummy!

Garlic Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2006
Delicious. It had great flavour and was very moist. I substituted dried dill weed for fresh and bottled lemon juice for the lemon slices, and it turned out great.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2004
These cookies are just delicious! My hubby and I loved them, and I will be making them again soon. Lovely flavour and nice texture. I followed the advice of the others on here who reccomended using 1 tsp. of baking rather than 2, and I also used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar. Thanks for a great recipe. I look forward to making these again and again. :)

This is the best Sloppy Joe recipe! It's a regular in our home. :) The only things I changed were that I didn't add the brown sugar and I added 2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp of worcestshire sauce. Delicious!
