Old Fashioned Brown Gravy

This recipe was ok, but needed to add a LOT of salt and pepper. I didn't have any problems with the thickening, just could've used a little more spice.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

The whole family loved it. We had to make some small (very small) changes due to what we had on hand, but it was wonderful.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

What a great recipe. It's quite easy, simple even, but delicious. I added a bit of potato and extra pepper (to suit my own taste) and it was definitely a hit in our house. My kid's already asking me to make it again. I'm eating it today, and it's even better leftover, although a bit dry.
