OMG. Chocolate heaven. My son found this recipe for me to make for his 12th birthday (he knows where to look:). We frosted it with sour cream frosting (his choice) and it was the most amazing chocolate cake I ever made.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Nice and easy. I also used more chicken broth and didn't add the water. Added a can of black beans, and frozen chicken breast. 4 hrs. on high in the crockpot. Served with chopped onions and cilantro and sour cream. Yummy

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Yummy. My easy substitutions: 1) Use the Bob Evans Italian sausage roll 2) Use 1/2 & 1/2 3) Use fire roasted diced tomatoes. ENJOY, my family does.

Garlic Green Beans

I have been making these for a while now but never reviewed them so........... I love them, my kids call them dirty beans because of the garlic. Yes kids, mom will make dirty beans tonight.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Delicious as is !!! The only change that I make is that I do step 2 first, then add water, ham, potatoes etc. ONE pot dinner.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Oh, this was so good... I did make a few changes 1)I used smoked sausage instead of scallops(my kids). 2) Used dried herbs instead of fresh(on hand). I think that the sausage gave it even more of a cajun taste. I have made this dish twice now and I know that I will be making it again and again.
