Used fresh chicken breast, Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, and the Olive Garden Italian dressing. Took the chicken out shredded it & put it back in for another 30 mins. Awesome recipe!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2013
I cooked the chicken along with the veggies based on other peoples reviews. The fat from the chicken was just floating to the top...I kept scooping it out best I could. Next time I will cook the chicken separately because that was really annoying. The soup was tasty though. Will make again :)

I thought this was really easy to make & tasty. I followed the recipe exactly except I used breaded chicken added crispy bacon to the mixture. Hubby said he could've done without the chicken & add more bacon.

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2012
I am so in LOVE with this pasta! I have made it several times....so YUMMY! The feta MAKES this dish! Even though I love feta, my husband hates it. So this is what i do: I use a 16oz pkg of penne, 3 tbs olive oil, a whole red onion, 2 cloves garlic, 4 cups chopped tomatoes, an 8oz pkg of mushrooms, a whole bag of spinach. I prepare just as directions say, except when it comes time to add the feta....I take out half of the pasta. His part gets mozzarella and mine gets the FETA! Easy! And we are both happy :)

Spinach Ziti

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
This was pretty simple and tasty. I didnt have Italian stewed tomatoes, so I used regular stewed tomatoes and added Italian seasoning. I did add a little bit of salt and pepper. I doubled the cream cheese, and added a whole bag of baby spinach. Its not a spectacular recipe but a decent simple meal you can make really quick with ingredients you probably already have on hand. Thanks!

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
I made these for a halloween party and they were perfect! I followed the directions exactly as written. I read reviews saying to omit the salt. I disagree...i was glad i did not omit the salt. The end taste was a subtle sweet/salty taste. Everybody loved them! I wrapped up half of my dough in plastic wrap and put in the fridge. The other half...i added green food coloring...and a little bit of blue food coloring to make a nice dark green. I wrapped that up in plastic wrap and left both balls of dough in the fridge for an hour. The dough was really easy to work with. I did roll the fingers out super thin...about the size of my pinky. I love this recipe...will make every halloween! Thanks!

Pasta Poblano

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
The ONLY way this recipe turns out delicious...is if you roast and peel the pepper first. There is no need to boil in the water. If you place the roasted pepper in a plastic bag for a couple of mins...it will be easier to peel. If you do it this way....this recipe would be 5 stars!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
Wow...this bread is delicious! I peeled the zucchini before I shredded it...just so there wouldnt be any green flecks in it. To make it healthier I used 1/2 cup of oil and 1/2 applesauce. Also, I only used 1 1/2 cup of sugar..and a teaspoon of cinnamon. The blueberries were sweet enough. It came out perfect! My 5 year old loved it and asked for seconds.
