Spinach Ziti

This was pretty simple and tasty. I didnt have Italian stewed tomatoes, so I used regular stewed tomatoes and added Italian seasoning. I did add a little bit of salt and pepper. I doubled the cream cheese, and added a whole bag of baby spinach. Its not a spectacular recipe but a decent simple meal you can make really quick with ingredients you probably already have on hand. Spooky Witches Fingers

I made these for a halloween party and they were perfect! I followed the directions exactly as written. I read reviews saying to omit the salt. I disagree...i was glad i did not omit the salt. The end taste was a subtle sweet/salty taste. Everybody loved them! I wrapped up half of my dough in plastic wrap and put in the fridge. The other half...i added green food coloring...and a little bit of blue food coloring to make a nice dark green. I wrapped that up in plastic wrap and left both balls of dough in the fridge for an hour. The dough was really easy to work with. I did roll the fingers out super thin...about the size of my pinky. I love this recipe...will make every halloween! Thanks!

Pasta Poblano

The ONLY way this recipe turns out delicious...is if you roast and peel the pepper first. There is no need to boil in the water. If you place the roasted pepper in a plastic bag for a couple of mins...it will be easier to peel. If you do it this way....this recipe would be 5 stars!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Wow...this bread is delicious! I peeled the zucchini before I shredded it...just so there wouldnt be any green flecks in it. To make it healthier I used 1/2 cup of oil and 1/2 applesauce. Also, I only used 1 1/2 cup of sugar..and a teaspoon of cinnamon. The blueberries were sweet enough. It came out perfect! My 5 year old loved it and asked for seconds.

Meatball Alphabet Soup

This soup is so good. Its of my favorites now. I made it exactly as written. I froze the leftovers in little containers for work. It re-heated really well.

Stracciatella I

omg.. i just got my wisdom teeth taken out and I needed a good simple soup. Decided to try this one...it was just what i needed...so good! I didnt have ditalini pasta on hand so I used vermicelli.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These are definitely the BEST pancakes I have ever made! I made them exactly as written. Next time I might do a tiny bit less salt...but they were delicious as is.

Chicken Pasta Salad

Sesame Beef

The beef came out a little tough but it was still good. I added steamed broccoli at the very end. Served this with Brazilian white rice from this website.

Veronica's Apple Pancakes

These were great! I chopped the apple into tiny little pieces instead of shredding. It gave the pancakes a nice texture. I also followed the advice of other reviewers and doubled the cinnamon and sugar. Served them with whipped cream. Yum :)
