So I was excited to try these, and followed the recipe exactly. I debated with the idea of adding a little more flour to thicken up the dough (I didn't), and/or chilling the dough to make it a little less runny (also didn't). I baked them as they were, and Mine turned out disappointingly thin and crispy. I have been toiling over the years to find out exactly what the variables are that turn some cookies thin and crisp, to the others being cakey and too fluffy. I want a soft, moist, chewy cookie like you'd find in a bakery!! Is that too much to ask?? lol. Anyone with any advice, please let me know! I am giving it a 3 because they taste ok, just definitely not the texture I wanted :(
