I tried this dish and my husband and I loved, loved, loved it completely! Looking over the reviews, I did change mine a bit and used some shredded Colby/jack cheese because I had it in the fridge. I added tomato paste to my tomato sauce, used ground chicken instead of beef and layered it like this: ziti noodles, sauce, provolone cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, noodles, sauce, provolone cheese and colby/jack, covered with foiled and baked at 350 for 30 minutes! Turned out delicious! Layering the noodles with the sauces allows the noodles to absurd the tomato sauce flavor!
