Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Tried this recipe. I believe I put too much cloves. Other than that easy to put ingredients together. Loved that it called for butter - I ran out of vegetable oil. The cupcakes came out moist. The icing was tasty. Overall very good recipe.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

This recipe was so easy to follow. Instead of making a cake, I was able to make about 24 cupcakes from this batch. I left out the coconut and just added extra carrots...most of my family are not into coconut. I will try it next time. Otherwise, a great recipe.
