Fantastic recipe, and great results! The biscuits are light, flaky, tender, and without that horrid 'baking powder' after taste that happens in too many recipes. In short, absolutely delicious. I am in a simillar situation as one of the previous reviewers - I live in another country, and bisquick, KFC bixcuits just don't exist here. Also, I am in a wheelchair, so "quick and easy" are big considerations - especially when it comes to sudden snack ideas. I made up a medium size batch of the mix, and then cooked up just enough dough to make 2 biscuits to snack on. It was so quick and easy to do, and I will be able to make a couple any time that I want! (even 2 am, like tonight!) The only thing that would make this recipe better would be if you shared some of the recipes you make with the Biscuit Mixture.
