Peach Cobbler VI
I think the ingredient for the batter should be doubled if you're using a 9x13 pan. Also i think the time should have been 20 min. because at 25 min. the edges were already burned. The taste wuz ok, i didn't add the brown sugar and i'm glad i didn't cuz it already tasted sweet with a bit of the peach juice. Next time i'm going to add an egg and double the batter ingredients (excluding the brown sugar).

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake
I made this cake for Christmas months ago and was a huge hit. I told my classmates that this was just a chocolate cake. They had no idea there's no egg, milk or butter. In the end after hearing everyone's comments i said "well, this is one chocolate cake you don't have to worry about gainning weight!" My girlfriends asked me"why" and i said "cuz there's no eggs, no mild and no butter!!!" Everyone were shocked. They couldn't believe that a chocolate cake that's so moist and delicious have no egg, butter, or milk!!! lol. So far i've given out 20 copies of this recipe. Thank you Tina!!!
