Chicken Flautas

Awesome! I added 2oz of cream cheese to chicken filling. I baked a boneless skinless breast with salsa on top, diced onions, and diced green pepper in oven 350 for 30 min to make chicken shred.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

It's a 10! I added 4 cloves of fresh garlic , 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, 3 tbsp buttermilk, and 1/4 tsp salt just for flavor preference. On top I used the kraft fresh shredded italian cheese blend - what i had on hand. It's incredible!

BBQ Dry Rub

doubling the batch this time for super bowl babyback ribs in the smoker... I also add 2 tbsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, apple wood smoke rub (purchased from spice store), 1tsp ground nutmeg, 1tsp ground cinnamon - store extra in the freezer - awesome!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

all I can say is WOW - my husband has said the word phenomenal 3 times now :) I broiled fresh lemon slices with the tilapia for flavor. Served with roasted brocoli and cheesy potato casserole - Amaaaaazing recipe - thank you!

Baked Pork Chops I

Mouthwatering! This recipe turned out perfect, my husband loved it too! I did not have white wine or vermouth, so I actually substituted GIN (tanqueray) sauce was perfectly smooth & creamy, like velvet - the chops were fork tender, melt in your mouth!

Best recipe ever, perfect breading! I used reviews advice: 1. flour pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast 2. dip in egg/ hot sauce 3. coat with cracker/potato flake/flour mixture Thank you for a wonderful recipe!!
