Jalapeno Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2014
This recipe was a good starting off point. I added two large shredded chicken breasts i had boiled in water with, chili pdr., cumin, onion and salt. One tiny 3.3 oz can la costena diced green chiles. 4 dashes of Tapatio salsa picante hot sauce, that is just what i had on hand. mixed in 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar. I spread the mixture in a pyrex baking dish and topped with more sharp cheese and baked, It is very good. The best part of this recipe is that i used it to make quesadillas, I spread a thin layer on a flour tortilla topped with some more chicken and a little more cheddar cheese, they were very good. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2014
very good cake, very dense and moist, i mixed the oil with the applesause per other users and that worked out very well. I used two teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, next time i will try 3. Topped with cream cheese frosting, made a nice large cake, it does sink as it cools.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
I love this recipe I didn't have a Jalapeno pepper so used some red pepper flakes and added some Masala Pdr that i had for the sauce, I also used half and half since i didn't have heavy cream. It was very good, next time i am going to serve it with grilled veggies like in the photo. Thanks for posting recipe.

Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2014
This was great, i put in 2 Tablespoons brown sugar instead of the 2/3 cup and a Tablespoon of Hoisen Sauce. Added some Broccoli just for some added vegetables. The whole family liked it even the pickey one.

Black Bean Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2013
I will make these again, definitely a different texture than brownies made with flour, i did add an extra quarter cup of chocolate chips because more chocolate is always better. This recipe is a real plus for anyone who is on a glutten free diet. Overall i like this recipe a lot,i think it should be stored in the fridge since it containes beans and beans should stay cold.

Teriyaki Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2013
This is amazing, my teen daughter made this, it's easy and has a wonderful fresh taste, she made it under the broiler in the oven but would be awsome on the grill. Better than a jar of teriaki marinade, more of a fresh lemon flavor, we used fresh lemon juice i would not use the bottle.

Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2013
Love this recipe, i did not have celery so i added green pepper. Try it without the sugar first then add in half if you want it sweet, the first time i made it i could not handle the sweetness, the second time i made it i left the sugar out totally and it was perfect. Thanks for posting.
