Jalapeno Chicken Dip
This recipe was a good starting off point. I added two large shredded chicken breasts i had boiled in water with, chili pdr., cumin, onion and salt. One tiny 3.3 oz can la costena diced green chiles. 4 dashes of Tapatio salsa picante hot sauce, that is just what i had on hand. mixed in 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar. I spread the mixture in a pyrex baking dish and topped with more sharp cheese and baked, It is very good. The best part of this recipe is that i used it to make quesadillas, I spread a thin layer on a flour tortilla topped with some more chicken and a little more cheddar cheese, they were very good. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Pumpkin Cake III
very good cake, very dense and moist, i mixed the oil with the applesause per other users and that worked out very well. I used two teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, next time i will try 3. Topped with cream cheese frosting, made a nice large cake, it does sink as it cools.

Chicken Tikka Masala
I love this recipe I didn't have a Jalapeno pepper so used some red pepper flakes and added some Masala Pdr that i had for the sauce, I also used half and half since i didn't have heavy cream. It was very good, next time i am going to serve it with grilled veggies like in the photo. Thanks for posting recipe.
