Poached Salmon II

This was such a simple and quick way to poach salmon. I finished it off with a dill lemon sauce. It's a keeper.

Blueberry Waffles with Fast Blueberry Sauce

I was very pleased with this blueberry syrup. It is a light, healthy alternative to the usual syrups. I made a double batch to have on hand for topping for ice cream or pound cake. Thanks for a great recipe.

Pineapple-Green Onion Salsa with Cook's Ham Steak

So easy to make and very tasty. The salsa was a good departure from the usual pineapple side with ham.
