My grandkids loved these muffins. My 15 yr old grandson made them for his little sister's end of school party and they were a hit!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2013
This was a great cheesecake. Followed recipe exactly and baked it with a pan of water on the shelf below. Kept it in oven for several hours after turning off and it never cracked and was done perfectly. This is definitely a keeper

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
Was in a hurry to cook London Broil and wanted something tasty. Used Grill Creations Smokey Mesquite rub and didn't have blue cheese so used goat cheese. Substituted scallions for chives and cooked the steak only 5 mins. on each side. It was delicious. A real keeper for someone in a hurry!

Banana Cream Pie V

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
Served this along with some other desserts for a "Supper After Hours" group of 25 and got great reviews. I used whipped cream for the topping as I personally like Banana Cream Pie not Banana Meringue Pie.

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I bake often but have never made pecan pie (because I am not fond of it) but it was requested for Thanksgiving. Used this recipe and it was a total hit. My oven is convection so followed the directions for 300 degrees after 15 mins at 400. Baked a total of 75 mins and it was a beautiful golden brown, not dark. I used 2 cups of pecans. Drizzled melted caramels (16 Kraft) plus 1 T heavy cream over top for design. Not difficult in the least and a sure thing!!

Bread Machine Focaccia

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2008
I have made this a couple of times and it is a definite hit. Last time I made two batches for a party and only used one so put the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerated for three days and then used it for a dinner party and it was just as good. Nice to know if you are in a hurry or need to prepare a few items ahead of time. I did use the kosher salt and also always use my bread machine.

Vegetarian Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2008
Served this for a luncheon with the broccoli salad and it was a big hit. Used red peppers instead of green and it gave it good color. Liked that it was not full of cheese- just a little parm.

Haven't made popovers in years and gave it try for some Bostonian company. We all enjoyed them. Will try the recipe again and add vanilla and cinnamon for a breakfast treat.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: May 17, 2005
I have made this receipe several times and it is very well liked. I have used Irish Mist, Baileys Irish Cream, and even Kalua and it comes out great. I also use 1/2 br and 1/2 white sugar for the glaze. Usually have enough left over for a sauce on ice cream. I did bake 1 hr 10 mins and then turned oven off and left another 10 mins. It is not hard to make and it is great. June
