Great, healthy and flexible. I made several substitutions and adjustments. Lots of play room here. Got up early and couldn't make a lot of noise so I hand chopped my walnuts. Only had quick oats so in they went. Didn't have any wheat flour so I used almond flour. Substituted coconut flour for ground flax seed. Used 1-1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Used peanut butter, grape seed oil and 2 eggs and a little milk.
Yummy. Hope they make it to church. Will be making more later when I get to the store for more ingredients.
