Spicy Grilled Chicken

Just made this chicken using the George Foreman grill and it turned out great! I marinaded it for 2.5 hours and it was perfect. After looking at other reviews, I decided to add more of the spices (red pepper, salt, garlic, oregano) directly on the chicken right before grilling. It took about 8 minutes and it was juicy with just enough flavor. Served with a side of veggies! Definitely saving this recipe.

Chicken Stir-Fry

Absolutely loved this recipe! I had never made stir-fry before so I was looking for something simple yet delicious. I followed the recipe exactly (except I omitted water chestnuts because I'm not a fan of them and added snap peas). The outcome was better than I expected! I'll definitely make it again. Some reviewers said it was too salty, but I suggest using low-sodium soy sauce. You won't be disappointed!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

I can't tell you how amazing these turned out! I made these for a post-Thanksgiving dinner with my roommates and everyone absolutely loved them, including me. They're perfect; not too rich and not too sweet. The contrast of the tangy cream cheese frosting with sweet pumpkin flavor is a perfect balance. I followed the recipe exactly and I suggest everyone do the same. I guess you could change it up if you want a less cakey texture, but I liked it the way it is because it's light and fluffy.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

This recipe was a hit! Made it for my boyfriend and I and we both thought it was great. The only thing that I would suggest for beginner cooks like me is that the garlic only needs to be sauteed for a few seconds before you add the chicken. I sauteed it for less than a minute on medium heat and it had already started burning. Besides that, the recipe was great. I might also use alfredo sauce from a jar next time too, it tastes the same, if not better than the mix. Plus, it's easier and cuts down on time. I love this recipe! Will definitely be making it again.
