Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

I tried the suggestion of using the Rotel tomatoes and chilies. It gave the dish a Mexican flavor. It didn't taste like Creole at all so beware.

Sherry Wine Sauce Chicken

My husband and I loved this recipe. I did substitute one can of garlic mushroom for cream of mushroom because I already had it. It added a lot of flavor and I recommend it. This recipe makes about twice the sauce you need but I'm freezing it for another night. Nobody would ever guess how easy this is.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Careful with the lemon juice! I started with two teaspoons but it seemed to still need something. So I added the rest the recipe called for and it was way too lemony. I'll try the cayenne someone mentioned and stick with only two tsp lemon juice.
