Ladolemono - Lemon Oil Sauce for Fish or Chicken

This is very similar to my mothers recipe. She adds garlic, thyme and parsley. Great for chicken and salads!

This is a 5+. I have made a few batches of this, and have to fight my son for it. The only thing I changed is that I use 1/2 cup of sugar, and I don't steep for and hour. 5 or 10 minutes is more than enough. To me it sure tastes like the Iced tea I get from Starbucks and I can afford this one!!!! Thanks so much!

Lemon Herb Barbeque Sauce for Chicken

This was wonderful!!!!! My son even liked it, and he's quite picky. I didn't have any minced onion, so I used onion powder. That was the only change I made, and loved it. I managed to marinade it for about 1/2 hour as I was time restricted. I would love to marinade it longer and see how much better it is.

Basil Pork Chops

These were great! The only thing I changed was that I added garlic powder, but I add garlic to everything! My son who is a very picky eater and not fond of Pork Chops, said he gave these a 4.5 out of 5. This is one I will do again thank you!

Montreal Peppered Steak

This was pretty good. I did change it up a bit tho. I added garlic powder, liquid smoke and worchester sauce. I marinaded some sirloin steaks for about 2 hours and they were great. Bet they would have been better if the BBQ king hadn't over done them. I like mine med-rare and I got med-well. Even over cooked this was really good tho. Thanks, this is a keeper.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

This was terrific!! I was leary about making this as we had never had it before, and I am not really fond of sausage. Am I ever glad I tried it! I made enough for two meals so the first night we had it on rice and hubby couldn't get enough. The next night it was on fettucine and we both agreed that it was better on rice. I didn't even attempt to get my picky eater to try it, but I might next time. I added cajun spice and shrimp like other reviewers posted and copied everything else exact. We are going camping this weekend and I plan to make it for the trip. I can't wait.

Cajun Chicken

I have a son who is truly a picky eater. Getting him to eat chicken is really hard. The only changes I made are cutting this recipe in half and using 2 cloves of crushed garlic and a sprinkle of garlic powder. I gave him the usual half of a piece and he wound up eating almost 2 pieces. In my books that is totally amazing and I plan to record it next time to prove to family who won't believe it. Thank you so much for this recipe. It will definately be on my usual list from now on. I would give this a ten if I could.

Very Special Spaghetti Sauce

This was a good sauce. I put it in the slowcooker for 4 hours on low and even my picky eater wolfed it back without any complaint. Next time I will use another red wine tho. I tasted the wine after I made the sauce and found that I really didn't like it. I will have to find a red wine that I like and try it again.

Beef Curry Soup

Easiest Spicy Cod

Not bad.. I managed to talk hunny into trying fish tonite (he is NOT a fish fan). Unfortunately I couldn't get Cod so had to use salmon. He ate it all and said it wasn't bad but agreed to try it again if I got Cod. I will try it again, and hope it is better.

Chicken Kisses

I didn't get this quite right but I am going to give it a 4 anyways. I do this normally w/o the chicken and BBQ sauce and we love it. Definately will make again tho.. One tip.... when wrapping the food in tinfoil, put a damp paper towel between the two pieces of tinfoil. It helps keep moisture in.

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

This was an absolute hit at our Halloween Party. I followed some reviewers tips and used hot salsa and also mixed in a bit of cheddar cheese. Next time I think I will use Medium salsa tho. I also cut it in half and it was still quite a bit. Absolute keeper.. thanks!
