Pizza Dough III
I added some "spice" to the dough with some garlic and Italian seasoning.

Salmon Cakes II
I substituted crushed Ritz crackers for the bread crumbs... added diced red and green bell peppers.. and increased the egg amount.. Everything else was followed as written. Very good flavor!

Chicken Enchilada Dip
This was great! I also substituted some of the mayo with sour cream and I added some ground comino. Everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing!
