Fluffy Pancakes
Impressed. I usually only make homemade pancakes in a pinch. I've tried tons of recipes and just prefer the box mix! I tried this recipe today and think I'll never go back to the box mix now! However, I was out of white sugar and had to substitute brown sugar and I omitted the white vinegar because I didn't have any. I like that these pancakes were DELICIOUS even with the changed/omitted ingredients. Also VERY easy to make, perfect consistency, perfect fluff and thickness for my tastes. Would definitely recommend.
