Cowboy Mashed Potatoes

Love this recipe. Tasty and my picky vegetable hating 3 year old scarfed these down faster than I could. These will definitely be added to my dinner list. I did change the recipe just a bit though by adding a little bit of half and half and just a tiny bit of mascarpone cheese (about a tablespoon as that was all that was left in the container) for extra creaminess. Thanks for the recipe Steve!

Mini Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

So good! I made these moonpie sized with maple cream cheese filling (I added both vanilla and a tiny, and I do mean tiny, amount of maple extract). These went fast!

Sour Cream Waffles

Excellent!Fluffy and flavorful. My husband was skeptical at first but quickly ate his words along with most of the waffles. These have become a staple at my house. The only change I made was using vanilla yogurt instead of plain because that's what I had on hand.

Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

Tasted great and very moist. So gooey and cake like that I might try making these as brownies next time. I added in coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds. Yummy!

Holiday Chicken Pot Pie

I hate having to say this, but if I could give this no stars i would. The "crust" was non existent. Still a runny mess after over an hour in the oven and the potatoes were still crunchy. I will never make this again.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

MAN OH MAN!! Oh so good! I added a handful of milk chocolate chips and used real butter instead of margarine and let me just say "WOW!". This recipe will definitely be added to my best of the best recipe collection. Thank you so much A.S.!!

Graham Cracker Crunch Topping

Awesome! I will definitely make this again! I stirred this into icecream and milk and made a "milkshake". The only change/ suggestion i would make for this recipe is to only bake it for 10 minutes instead of 15 . I baked it for the entire 15 and it tasted slightly burnt.

Spinach Tortellini Soup

After reading other reviews, i was pretty skeptical ... but i thought it was very good and flavorful too. Filling, but also a good light dinner. I did use 32oz.'s of broth, added in some grated carrott (not too much, but enough to give it that sweetness that carrott has when cooked), used twice as much tortellini(18 oz.'s) to stretch it farther, and used garlic and mozzerella stuffed tortellini. Word to the wise...with this recipe they say serves 4 and that is definetly all it serves if you follow the recipe to a tee.

Cheese Cake Cups

Pretty good for being so simple. These are best right out of the oven. I also made this recipe with Splenda sugar substitute and they were also suprisingly good.

Apple Delight

i have made this cake over and over again for the past couple of months. my family has completely fallen in love with it. I even took some advice from other ratings and tried it with chocolate cake mix and cherry pie filling...and it turned out great too. i love this recipe.

Broccoli Cheese Soup III

very good. I followed the recipe to a tee except i used lowfat chicken broth and lowfat cream soup. Next time i will definitly use more broccoli maybe 2- 3 cups more, and more cheese, maybe as garnish.

Cranberry Apple Casserole

Quick Pumpkin Pudding

At first this came out tasting a little funky... definitely a two- star at that point. But after being refrigerated overnight with the Cool Whip on top of it jumped up to a three star :)
