I love love LOVE to learn, experiment, and master things in life...especially cooking! Aside from that my house, pets, and kid brother keep me pretty busy!!! Polish, German, Irish, and Greek... those are the 4 I've narrowed it down to from about a dozen. Using holidays as an excuse to eat and drink too much, like the rest of America! Pulling off making a layered red velvet cake. I very rarely bake desserts, lol. Food or injury type??? There have been plllllenty of both!
